Northey have a highly skilled project management team and a flexible approach to manufacturing. We are able to design machines to meet exacting process requirements. This includes:
- Various sealing arrangements such as double mechanical, dry gas seal or canned motor drives
- Various materials of construction, such as stainless steel & bronze
- Different coatings including PTFE and nickel
- Special construction for cryogenic applications
We can supply bare shaft machines but it is more usual to supply the complete package. This will include baseplate, motor, inter-coolers and after-coolers, instrumentation , control, valves, filters and if necessary, a water cooling package.
Northey’s design team will also incorporate upstream and downstream processes into the package, such as chillers, filters, scrubbers, coolers and flow control.
