Site Work
Should an overhaul be required in future years, Northey is equipped and prepared to carry out either on-site servicing or full overhauls in our workshops. We aim to respond to site visit requests immediately and in most cases can have an engineer available on site within 48 hours.
Method statements and other required documentation are prepared in advance of a visit to keep delays to a minimum. In addition our service vehicles are fully kitted out and carry both consumable spares and the necessary tools to facilitate any unplanned requirement i.e. replacement of damaged filter elements or worn belts/coupling, etc.
Commisioning
As part of our total project managment Northey can offer a number of expereinced service and commission engineer to come and visit your site to assist with installation and commissioning of your new project.
In Situ Repairs
We understand the need to keep plants up and running in the face of repairs. Whereever possible we will attempt to diagnose and fix your problems on site to keep costs down and disruption to a minimum.
Routine Maintenance
We can offer an expereicend service engineer to come and visit your site, to provide routine maintance and inspection on both Northey machines and other compressors and vacuum pumps. We are a framework supplier to several major utillity boards, and understand the importance of method statements and correct on site procedures.
