Northey is proud to offer excellent after sales service. With a dedicated work force of engineers, having both on shore and off shore experience, the department was created exclusively to support and enhance our field presence, and has underlined Northey's commitment to its customers. We aim to respond to site visit requests immediately and in most cases can have an engineer available on site within 48 hours.
Spares
In line with our customer support policy, we have prepared our stock of spare parts to reflect the importance of minimal downtime.
Service Exchange
Subject to availability, we also offer our customers the benefit of a service exchange system.
Site Work
Should an overhaul be required in future years, Northey is equipped and prepared to carry out either on-site servicing or full overhauls in our workshops. We aim to respond to site visit requests immediately and in most cases can have an engineer available on site within 48 hours.
Contracts
For total peace of mind, we offer service contracts with scheduled visits to monitor machine performance and advise on condition.
