Northey is proud to offer excellent after sales service. With a dedicated work force of engineers, having both on shore and off shore experience, the department was created exclusively to support and enhance our field presence, and has underlined Northey's commitment to its customers. We aim to respond to site visit requests immediately and in most cases can have an engineer available on site within 48 hours.
Service Exchange
Subject to availability, we also offer our customers the benefit of a service exchange machine.
Service/Maintenance
We can offer an experienced service engineer to visit your site to provide routine maintenance and inspection on both Northey machines and other compressors, blowers, fans and vacuum pumps.
Service Contracts
For total peace of mind, we offer service contracts with scheduled visits to monitor machine performance and advise on condition. This has proved extremely popular for those customers who have limited support personnel.
Spares
In line with our customer support policy, we endeavour to carry a full range of Northey spares to help get your machine operating again as soon as possible.
