Diaphragm blowers/pumps work by creating a magnetic field which forces a fixed magnet to move in balance on an activated arm, whilst the diaphragms at either end force air in and out of their sealed housings. These blowers are designed for low flow applications up to 200 lpm while generating low pressures and vacuums. They are very compact in size, extremely quiet and low in cost.

General - The standard range is supplied in a basic aluminium casing and designed to fit in the smallest of locations. Noise levels are typically less than 35 dB(A) and they weigh between 1 and 3 kg. These units are ideal for use in applications such as aquaculture, hospitals and health.

Weatherproof - Most models come in a weatherproof housing for applications that require greater external protection. As well as the usual benefits to the user, these models have a robust housing, removable filter with easy access and a thermal protection device fitted as standard. Applications range from waste water treatment plants to solder removal.
